“Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their father. Whoever has ears, let him hear” Matthew 13:43
This is the scripture of strength for today.
Identity has become a serious challenge in our world today. Our key scripture says, “the righteous will shine forth…” The question to be answered here is “who is the righteous?” Is he that one that does all things right? Is he that one that is a leader in the church? Is he that one that knows the rules and regulations of the church and obeys it thoroughly. Remember that our righteousness is like filthy rags before our holy God. Therefore, I want to humbly say this morning that the righteous is that one that has received the gift of righteousness, that one who has made Jesus Christ his Lord and Saviour. Have you made him your Lord and saviour? This day as you go about your business sincerely answer this question in your heart, “Is Jesus REALLY my Lord and Saviour?”
Prayer: if you are not born again pray this; Lord Jesus I accept you as my lord and saviour. I believe that you died for me to live. I receive the gift of righteousness that comes from you. Thanks for making me yours in Jesus name.
Prayer: If you are already Born again: Lord, I receive the grace to live the life of righteousness that you have given to me. Amen.
Have a grace-filled day.
THE BLESSING IS ON YOU
